'FAREWELL CONCORDE'
UNIQUE COLLECTORS PORTFOLIO
Before
you read on....
We honestly believe we have accomplished putting together what can only
be described as
The ULTIMATE CONCORDE COLLECTORS
PIECE!!
We
flew 2 different Limited Edition Concorde Art Prints
30 x 'Concorde Comes Home' by Adrian Rigby
10 x 'Gathering Speed' by Ronald Wong
and
50 Photographs of Concorde G-BOAC landing
at Birmingham International Airport
for the final time (size
18 x 12) by
Andrew Brooks
ALL
of the above mentioned prints were flown onboard Concorde G-BOAD
on Monday 10th November 2003 (Flt No BA9093)
This was the last ever flight of G-BOAD and was also the last ever flight
of a Concorde from London to New York and as you would expect,
the prints DID FLY SUPERSONIC AT MACH 2!!
G-BOAD retired after
this flight.
From her first flight on 26th August 1976 to the 10th November
2003
Concorde G-BOAD flew 23,397 hrs and carried out 8406 landings
This was of course the fastest ever set by a passenger aircraft!
This was set by Captain Leslie Scott and his crew flying from New York to
Heathrow in
just 2 hours 52 minutes and 59 seconds on the 7th of February 1996.
That’s
not all...
They have ALL been Signed by Air Crew who have flown on the
most important flights
Concorde's Very First and the Very Last Flight!!!
and that includes Les Brodie who landed the very last flight of a Concorde
into Filton
The significance of the
flight our prints were flown on should also be noticed,
as the London - New York route flown by Concorde was the life line for the
aircraft for many years!
and air pollution issues when Concorde was being still being sold to the
World in the 1970's.
It was the commercial service to New York which first took place from Heathrow
on 22nd November 1977
to sit back in awe at the pure majesty of what was arguably,
the most incredible commercial aircraft ever built!
From the many many thousands of flights that have taken place from
Heathrow, London - England to JFK, New York - USA
our prints were flown on the very last one!!

All modern Limited Edition Prints are printed using Light Fast Inks! Ours
have also been signed in pencil so they wont fade!
The 50 Photographs have been signed using a Light Fast Permanent Black Ink
Pen
(The Photographs have been printed on Agfa paper. We contacted their technical
dept to see what ink they
recommended using so the signatures would not fade?) They only recommended
4 different pens of which
we used one of them so the signatures on your prints shall not fade as nearly
all others do!
This was truly
a moment in aviation history that shall never be repeated
and our ‘one
off’ unique package that we are not only proud of but without any doubt,
can NEVER and SHALL NEVER happen again!
We
feel this brings an interesting angle on the all too commonly used term
‘PRICELESS’ into perspective!
If YOU do want to own a Genuine Piece of Concorde History
DON'T MISS THIS ONCE IN A LIFE TIME OPPORTUNITY!
You'll never get another chance to own something like this!
Equally, as a shrewd investment...
What would you value such a unique item in a few years time?
We have taken advice
and information from numerous professionals within our art industry and
the memoribillia
and collectibles industry as to what we have achieved with our Flown and
Signed Concorde package!
(Flying these Prints on the LAST EVER FLIGHT of a Concorde and especially
the Last Ever Flight
from London to New York at Mach 2 and Signed by various Concorde Air Crew
including those
that flew on the FIRST TEST FLIGHT and the LAST EVER FLIGHT OF A CONCORDE!)
The response we received was an overwhelming similar reply... 'TOTALLY
UNIQUE'
and in basic terminology they could be termed 'priceless' when it comes
down to
Concorde Collectors
items and Limited Edition Prints!
