About
these prints
The
first one released in 2003 and widely regarded are the
most collectible series of Concorde prints ever produced.
Mainly due to 3 things.
1, His prints were the first available when the announcement
of the imminent retirement of the awesome Concorde was
made.
2, They are part of a collection, all same size, same
edition numbers, same signatures etc
3, They truly are an excellent collection of 5 prints,
each one featuring this incredible aircraft in an environment
that was synonomous with Concorde! London, (The houses
of Parliament, Canary Wharf) New York, (the Twin Towers,
Manhattan), The Clifton Suspension Bridge - The home
of Concorde, Filton, Bristol and what else to display
the beauty of this aircraft but taking off into a sunset,
bound to be travelling at a mile every 2.5 seconds very
soon!
We have two complete sets all with the same matching
number! No4 and No5 of 500
Every one of these prints have sold out except Flying
into History and we have been informed by the publisher
(November 2006) that there are less than 20 left in
their stocks!
The
collective value (when they were available at normal
gallery prices) is £606.50
Considering
the secondary price of limited edition art when an edition
is sold out
is generally double the original price (and that is
for individual prints, not part of a collection) and
we are offering the entire 5 prints with matching numbers,
we feel the special offer of £995.00 for an entire
set is a very fair price!
